 | Parties are on a
first-come, first serve basis. A $50.00 non-refundable deposit
is required and deducted from your party grand total. It
is not a room fee or service charge of any sort. You are welcome
to come in & pay your deposit by cash, check or credit card or,
for your convenience, we will process your deposit over the phone via
credit card. Your deposit is deducted from your event's total
bill.

| Weekend parties have a
minimum of $150.00 required in order to reserve the large party room.
Smaller events are welcome to book on weekday afternoons or evenings.

| Weekend events have the
following time slots available:
Saturday: 10:00am - Noon, 1-3pm, or
4-6pm
Sundays: Noon - 2pm, 3-5pm
We strongly suggest parties 1-1/2 hours long
(instead of 2 hours) for groups of less than 8 children.

| Parties on weeknights give you
the flexibility to name your own starting time based on
availability.

Events are picnic
style – bring your own cake, drinks, deli or snack trays, etc. Feel
free to have pizza delivered! Please keep in mind we do not have
public refrigeration for ice cream – coolers are A-OK to bring in
and common! Additional tables are in the party room for food service
and gift stacking.

The party animals will be painting first so please plan to have hot
food deliveries come in 45 minutes to an hour into your event!
This is important because we need to insure that no food residue (ie.
pizza-fingers) touch the raw clay surfaces of the pieces. Adult
parties can munch on finger foods throughout their event as long as
caution is used to keep hands clean & dry. We advise
against snacks like Cheetos, Fritos or Potato Chips until after
painting is over. Dry snacks like Pretzels are fine.

Sorry, we cannot allow
confetti or noisemakers. Helium balloons are allowed!

Pieces painted will be available in a packed party tote on a
specified date that you will be informed of prior to leaving the
studio. Generally, plan on 4-5 days after your
event. This allows for glazing, firing, wrapping preparing
your order for pick up.
